No. This is a self-driving event (meaning, you drive the course in your own vehicle.) All guests must be in a seat with seatbelt, no riding in the back of a pickup vehicle.
You may add additional people to your vehicle, with an ADD-ON TICKET. Add-On Tickets are intended to add addtional people to a vehicle that has ALREADY purchased tickets. Each passenger must have their own seat, with seat belt. Add-On ticket holders will not be allowed entry in their own vehicle.

After countless tests and experiments, we found that hot mac & cheese and cranberry meatballs really makes a mess when it's all stuffed into your stocking. So we decided that all the sweets and treats will be pre-packaged and apporpriate to be STUFFED into a STOCKING.
No, there is no age restriction for this event.
Children Ages 5+ count as Vehicle Occupants and thus need a ticket. Children 4 and Under are Free and will be granted access to the zones, but will not receive Sno-Balls, Stockings, Sweets or Hot Drink.
You can, but you do not need to as long as you can access them on your smartphone device.
We encourage you AND your car to dress up in your favorite Ugly Holiday Sweater this Holiday! Decorate your car (with road-safe complient ugly sweater and decorations) to be automatically entered to win prizes throughout the season!

No, this is a TIMED TICKETING EVENT, which means tickets are only able to be purchased in advance online.
There will be a variety of pre-packaged sweets and savory treats handed out. Depending on your dietary preferences, there will be VEG, VG and GF options available. Items are subject to change.
In our SNOWMAN *SNO-BALL* FIGHT, characters will throw cotton plush "snowballs" at your vehicle, but they are completely safe for your vehicle.
In the STOCKING STUFFER SWEETS CRAWL area, characters will approach your window to fill your stocking, but they will not touch you.
The following vehicles will be denied entry: Bicycles, scooters, scooters, cars or trucks with trailers, buses, RVs, long wheelbase vans.
Limos and Mini Buses MUST receive prior approval by contacting info@thebitela.com prior to purchasing tickets.
Tickets are sold per VEHICLE, based on the number of OCCUPANTS in the vehicle. Children Ages 5+ count as Occupants and thus need a ticket. Children 4 and Under are Free and will be granted access to the zones, but will not receive Sno-Balls, Stockings, Sweets or Hot Drink.
Each guest will receive 5 cotton plush *sno-balls* (NOT REAL SNOW), to throw at the Snowmen. BUT BE WARNED! The Snowmen ALSO have *sno-balls* to throw BACK! Due to their cotton plush nature, the *sno-balls* are completely safe and soft for you and your car.
Additional *sno-ball* ammo can be purchased online.

All tickets are non-refundable and terms are agreed to at checkout when purchasing.
Should future governement orders or restrictions cancel or delay the event, we will assist with rescheduling or refunding a ticket order.

YES! Absolutely, you can share your Bites with another person in your own vehicle.
No, we ask that you do not bring outside food, drinks or alcohol. As a reminder, drinking and driving will not be allowed in ANY CAPACITY, and will result in your immediate expulsion from the event.
Tickets are valid for ONE TIME THROUGH the experince. There is no re-entry.
If you need assistance or have an emegency and need to exit, simply alert one of our staff members, who you will find throughout the course, and they will assist you. Please note, once you exit the event, there is no re-entry.
Timed Ticketing means you have a specific Time Window to arrive, in order to be granted access to the event.
If you miss your Time Window, we will do our best to get you into the event as soon as we can, however it does not guarantee entry.
If you arrive early for your Time Window, you will NOT be granted access until your specificed time.
Yes, we will have bottled water FOR SALE.

Yes, however we ask that ALL occupants of the car be wearing a mask when the windows are rolled down.

Yes, the characters will be in covid-safe masks, as well as food handling gloves. (NOTE: All food is pre-packaged and meet health and safety guidelines.)
Due to COVID-19 Safety Policies, there will be no cash transactions allowed. We will accept credit cards and Venmo payments.
We will ask that you turn your headlights off for the duration of the event. Your path will be illuminated and clearly marked. Little yellow running lights are fine.

There will be theatrical lighting and it MAY include strobe effects, but the strobe light will NOT be aimed at any vehicles.
Depending on the session time you've chosen, you should plan for anywhere between 1-2 Hours.
We are open Rain or Shine, however if the weather is severe, there may be rain delays to your entry time.
Smoking is prohibitted, due to the fact that this event takes place in a Public Park.
No. Open alcohol containers and/or drinking in the vehicle by ANY occupant will result in your immediate expulsion from the event. There will be Zero Tolerance Policy for Drinking and Driving.
There are no in-out privleges, and re-entry will not be allowed.
Due to COVID-19 Safety Protocols, we ask everyone use the restroom BEFORE entering the event. Restrooms are for EMERGENCY only.
Yes, however, you must TURN OFF YOUR FLASH--it is blinding and dangerous to the characters and other drivers. Failure to comply with this simple request may result in your expulsion from the event.
While we all know hamsters LOVE live attractions, we would suggest that you leave your pets at home, as there may be flashing lights and potentially startling moments on the trail that would frighten them.
We do not recommend anyone who may be pregnant, or may have an underlying medical condition (such as epilepsey or heart conditon) that is exacerbated by stressful environments to attend, without first consulting your doctor.
